The 'Stardust' careers mentoring programme continues

The second session of the ‘Stardust’ careers mentoring sessions for sixth form students headed by Phillip Leigh featured a brilliant and very personal presentation by Tim Breyer, CEO of Breyer Group and a former Chigwell parent. Mr Breyer took students through the lessons he had learnt in his career building a business up to what is now a £90 million turnover, talking about risk, preparation and integrity amongst many, many other fascinating areas. The aim of this series is to get our young adults to step aside from the demands and challenges of their academic lives and awaken their recognition of and excitement for the real-world qualities needed to be happy and successful in their chosen professions.
