The Purple Panther has been given a new look.

Several years ago, a generous parent, Jeanie Goodey, donated the Purple Panther, originally used in a Mulberry advertising campaign. The panther stood proudly outside the Art and DT block, but over time, the weather took its toll and she lost her sparkle.

Determined to revive her, Mrs Tilbrook and Mrs Collins devised a plan. With support from Art Club, Mrs Panesar and Mrs Brown, they stripped off the old decorations, sanded her down, and prepped her for a full makeover.

Then came the fun part: eight talented Year 6 pupils brought her back to life with bold Indian-style designs - creating the dazzling look you see today.

It was a joyful, creative journey for everyone involved.
