School Fields 2.6 Marathon Challenge for Cancer Research UK

Mrs Punt was up with the larks before 5.30am and ran the full marathon (just over 18 laps of the fields). Ben joined for the last 2.6 miles but actually ran further.
Together they have raised more than £1,000 for Cancer Research UK – which, like many charities, has been hit catastrophically by the cancellation/postponement of fundraising events such as the London Marathon due to Covid-19.
Well done to you both from all of us at Chigwell.
