On Tuesday 4th February, our pupils joined choirs from St Aubyns, Woodford Green Prep, Loyola and Avon House in an incredible performance at Cadogan Hall. Read Kabir's (Year 13) reflection on the evening:
The Cadogan Hall spring choral concert was a sensational evening filled with a range of musical talent. The numerous ensembles put on a wonderful performance, including choral society, chapel choir, Wind Band, Big Band and the solo performances, filling the evening with a delightful range of musical talent.
The variety of musical genres made each ensemble unique from one another. I found myself interested in them all, from the jazz style of the Big Band at the start of the evening, the classical performances from the choral society and orchestras, and the grand finale performed by the Years 4 and 5 Choir, Baba Yetu, that had the entire audience involved in the final performance.
It was an evening filled with musical delight and very talented musicians. Already looking to book tickets to next years concert as they never fail to disappoint.
