To celebrate this year's National Apprenticeship Week (8th - 14th February), Chigwell School ran a series of talks and workshops dedicated to all things apprenticeship. Year 11, 12 and 13 students joined in a presentation from the AIM Group where they found out about all the different types of apprenticeships on offer, the levels they could study, how they work and where to look for them.

The students also took part in a workshop where they explored the National Apprenticeship Service website, looking at how to register, how to search for vacancies, the sort of application questions they can expect and tips and tricks for a successful application process.

The School's events were run in conjunction with national events such as The Big Assembly, the UCAS Virtual Apprenticeship Fair and a whole host of other events run by Amazing Apprenticeships.
