Pupils, Governors, guests, representatives of McLaren Construction and other key consultants gathered for the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Chigwell School sports centre.
The breaking of the ground marks the beginning of the construction phase of a project which is the biggest in the School’s long history. The state-of-the-art sports centre will significantly enhance the range of sporting opportunities available to pupils, as well as members of the wider community. Details about the centre are given here. Work should be completed in the summer of 2023.
