After an early start and smooth flight, pupils got straight into their first training session at the team’s excellent resort facilities. The following day brought a special visit to RCD Espanyol, where the group enjoyed a professional coaching session and a behind-the-scenes stadium tour.
Training continued at Fútbol Salou with coaches from the Catalan Football Association, before the teams tested their skills in competitive fixtures - the boys facing Spanish opposition and the girls taking on a Finnish side. There was also some much needed time to relax on the beach and explore the city.
The tour concluded with a sightseeing trip around Barcelona and a visit to FutbolMania, rounding off a fantastic few days of football, teamwork, and fun.
Well done to all pupils for their outstanding attitude and commitment throughout the tour, and thank you to the staff who made it such a success.
