The Chigwell School community came together to mark Remembrance Day with two services held at St Mary’s Church and a whole-school Act of Remembrance.
Pupils and staff gathered in quiet reflection as the Chaplain led the two-minute silence, uniting the entire school in a moment of respect and gratitude for those who have served and sacrificed for our freedom.
Both in Church and on the school grounds, the atmosphere was one of dignity and togetherness, as we paused to honour the courage and selflessness of those who served and sacrificed their lives for our freedom today.
