SUMMER BALL Saturday 9th July 2011 Once again, we are pleased to be hosting our ‘Parents and Leavers’ Ball at the School on the evening of Saturday 9th July 2011. Following the break in tradition last year due to the refurbishment of our kitchens, we are delighted again to be holding the Summer Ball in the marquee on Top Field. Indeed, as much as we all enjoyed our visit to the Metropolitan Police Club last summer, there was a clear preference to hold the Ball here. So, we are back by popular demand! If you would like to join us on this occasion please complete the attached booking form and return along with either a cheque or a completed credit/debit card form as soon as possible as tickets are allocated on a first come first served basis. The closing date is Friday 1st July 2011. As in previous years, the evening will begin with a champagne reception on the croquet lawn, and there will be a three course menu with half a bottle of wine per person included in the ticket price. Once again, dancing will be to the band ‘Souled Out’. We hope you can join us in our celebrations.
