All Sixth Form places are awarded on the basis of the interviews, together with the current school report. Candidates are asked to bring in samples of their academic work to their first, and possibly may be asked to sit a paper at their second interview.
Candidates are expected to gain A* or A grades in their chosen AS level subjects, and should have in total at least six GCSE passes at grade B or above.
We offer Academic, Music, Art and Drama Scholarships in the Sixth Form but candidates can apply for a fee paying place and/or one of the scholarship categories only. Those applying for a bursary will sit 2 academic papers in support of the application and therefore do not apply for one of the other scholarship categories as well.
