Explorers are Scouts between the ages of 14-18. (At Chigwell School you normally transfer from Scouts as you start the LV; at 18 you can choose to join the Scout Network.)

Explorer Scouts work towards three main awards: the Chief Scout's Platinum Award, the Chief Scout's Diamond Award, and the highest achievement in Scouting, the Queen's Scout Award.
