match will be played at 11.00am at the OC Club, followed by the dedication of
Eren’s bench. Celebrities may be playing in the match.

This is the School's major music
event of the year with the choirs, parents and staff singing in this wonderful

Evensong at Pembroke College Cambridge and OC Dinner
Old
Chigwellians and their spouses are cordially invited to join the staff and
parents of Chigwell School for the Evensong Service in the Chapel at Pembroke
College, Cambridge, starting at 6.00pm, when the School’s Choir will sing
directed by Mr Howard Ebden.
After
the Evensong Service, we hope to hold a black tie dinner in the College Old
Library for all Chigwellians who
wish to make this day a truly memorable occasion. Approximate cost for

Visit to Westminster Palace with Col Bob Stewart, DSO, MP
The Guided Tour to the Houses of
Parliament with Col Bob Stewart will start at 6.30pm. Parliament will be
in session and the visit may include the public gallery and definitely end in
the Terrace for drinks. This will be a very popular event and early booking is
highly recommended to avoid disappointment.

Visit to the Tower of London and Ceremony of the Keys,
The
visit will include: a private tour conducted by one of the Yeoman Warders,
reception in the Yeoman Warders’ Private Club with open bar drinks and
traditional fish and chips supper, a raffle and finally a view of the Ceremony
of the Keys before returning to the bar for more drinks!

Golfing Events 2013
All Old Chigwellians are most
welcome to attend any of the OC Golfing Society fixtures and hopefully join the
Society if they wish to do so. The Society is very keen to attract new members
of all ages and any standard. There are a few competitive events where the best
golfers are needed, but about 70% of the fixtures are just enjoyable events suitable
for any standard of golfer. Our evening matches (4.00pm start) against the
other four Essex Public Schools and against the Chigwell students are more
enjoyable occasions rather than competitive events, as are the Spring, Autumn,
Captain's and Yuletide events.
