Room hire includes hire period from 7 pm to midnight.

Please Note: All catering is supplied by the School’s in-house caterer. All catering charges will be quoted at a price per head.
Terms & Conditions
A non-refundable 10% deposit will be required on confirmation in order to guarantee the booking.
40 per cent of projected total cost must be received be CME by and not later than 8 weeks prior to the Event’s date.
The balance of total projected cost must be settled by and not later than 2 weeks prior to the date of the Event for which the facilities have been hired.
Cancellation must be notified in writing and a percentage of the full projected revenue will be charged by CME to the Agent/Client in accordance with the following table:

 N.B. Wedding ceremonies in the Chapel can only be conducted for ex pupils of the School.
